Valentine’s weekend may have passed but with the colder months still upon us, there’s still plenty of time to don some beautiful nightwear to enjoy the week’s where it is more often dark than light. Whether you are looking for a pair of slinky PJ’s to please your other half, or simply just want to treat yo’self, I’ve recently discovered an online store that had a range of designer nightwear perfect for any night in…
The Pyjama Store Gift Packaging
Deshabillé Mon Cheri Robe with the Ce Soir Pyjama Set
The Pyjama Store is quite literally a website that does what it says on the tin; an online store that sells pyjamas. But these aren’t any old flannel trews and fleecey jumpers, The Pyjama Store sells the finest in designer nightwear. It does tend to be a little pricey, but nothing ridiculous and over all, a good pricepoint for treating a special someone in your life. Plus, all items come in a lovely gift bag or gift box, as above, which I tend to think of as an indication of something a little more special.
For Christmas, I bought my Momma a new pair of pyjamas and a dressing gown which I spent a little more on than your standard M&S nightie, and I honestly think it’s one of the best presents I have ever bought her – she gets so much use out of them but still they feel like a treat when she wears them. Pretty and practical. That’s what I like. And with Mother’s Day fast approaching (yes, really!) it’s time to start thinking of the perfect gift for her again…
Ce Soir Pyjama Set with the Cyberjammies Black Loungerwear Robe.
In the past few years, I’ve become a little bit of a pyjama snob myself. I used to be fine with a £10 pair of Primark’s own that I replaced every couple of weeks, but realistically, I used to wash each pair of a couple of times and they’d fall apart. These days, I like to spend a little more on my nightwear and have a particular perchant for ‘boyfriend style’ long sleeve tops and pants. If you looked in my underwear draw (cheeky!) all my pyjamas are in this style, and all neatly obeying my monochrome bedroom theme. What can I say? I’m a perfectionist!
This stripy Deshabillé Ce Soir Pyjama Setfrom The Pyjama Store* are my newest obsession. Not only do they look divine, they are SO comfortable and every night they are a pleasure to wear. A little secret treat to myself. I did originally plan to wear these with the Deshabillé Mon Cheri Robe toplease my matchy-matchy tendencies(shown folded above – also now available in teal) but I more often find myself reaching for the Cyberjammies Black Loungewear dressing gown(shown across the bed). It’s a really luxurious robe with ribbon ties and seams, and unfortunately black-on-black doesn’t show up well on camera – sorry, I tried my best, but you will just have to trust me!
I never thought I would see myself writing such a long blog post about jammies, but honestly, I am enamoured with my gifts from The Pyjama Store. Not only are the items on exceptional quality, but I have received fantastic customer service and couldn’t wait to recommend them to my friends – yes, that means you!
