Pet Angel: Matching Hairbrushes for You and Your Pup

Today (23^rd March 2017) is possibly one of my favourite days of the year: National Puppy Day! As you all know, every day is a puppy day for me… Since becoming a Pug Momma to my beautiful Lazy Sonny Days, my life has totally been taken over with the charming chaos of my sweet little bundle of fluff. Now, at a year and a half old, I can’t ever imagine living my life without him. He comes with me wherever he can, I spend more time with him than my boyfriend and we are totally inseperable in every way. So, it’s only fair that we take our relationship to the next level… By using matching grooming products! #RelationshipGoals

Pugs might be my foremost love in life, but as you guys know, beauty comes a very close second. They are two big passions of mine and so when Tangle Angel let me know they know have their very own pet grooming range, Pet Angel, Sonny and I just had to give their products a go. Already established in the haircare industry for their famous fun detangling hairbushes for both wet and dry hair, they recently launched a similar range designed specifically for pets. They use the same tried and tested antibacterial and anti static technology as the human brushes (and all tested on humans!) meaning their perfectly pet friendly. The best part is that both puppy and puppy parent can use the same brand of brushes, and both be left with glowing locks (or fur!).

I love their bright and quirky designs and immediately Sonny was also drawn to the brushes. It’s funny, it’s almost as though he knew the parcel was for him! He was wide awake helping Momma with the blogger mail and keen to inspect his bright (almost toy-looking) Pet Angel and I have to admit, I took advantage and brushed him right away. The brush is gentle enough that he didn’t wriggle around too much (aside from his curly tail) and he made happy little pug purrs all the way through. A couple of days later, I took the brush out again once he was settled nicely to give it a fair test – well, I couldn’t believe it, but he give the brush a sniff and immediately lay down, ready to be groomed. It was fascinating to see and safe to say he loves it.

The best bit about the matching pet mum and pup Pet Angel range from Tangle Angel is that Sonny gets to have his very own version of my beauty products. It’s so funny but if you follow me on social you’ll know that Sonny loves to steal my beauty products (he knows they’re my version of toys!) and this time he has his very own beauty product that he is allowed to love himself.

Oh, and the name is cute, because I call Sonny my little baby Angel all the time. It’s meant to be!
