If, like me, you love a good meal out (who doesn’t?) then you might be excited to hear that TableNow have just launched in Manchester. TableNow.co.uk is a new website and app, giving North West diners the chance to secure huge savings on many restaurants across the region including Australasia, Cottonopolis, La Vina and Artisan. To celebrate, they invited my blogger pal Emma (WhatEmmaDid) and I along to their launch party at Lilly’s Bar (love the name!) in Manchester to have a few drinks and canapes and discuss the app.
Lilly’s bar is part of the relative new restaurant 1761 on Booth Street, Manchester, which replaced the well known Avalanche Italian restaurant there sometime last year. Lilly’s bar is located in the basement of the restaurant and is known as a ‘secret drinking den’ which specialises in champagne and fizz.. And let’s be honest, fizz is definitely the way to my heart!
TableNow invited us along to Lily’s bar to discover their new app and taste some nibbles from 1761 (which one would assume is featured on the app!). We were welcomed with a glass of champagne to start and were served delicious canapes that were beautifully presented, with flavours such as smoked salmon and goats cheese.
TableNow representatives – including TableNow’s founder, Tom Sumner – were on hand to chat to us and help us discover the app. With no joining fees, no annual subscription and deals of up to 50 per cent, the North West based app offers discounts on more thhan 300 high-end restaurants across the North West to choose from.
