Co-ord sets had their moment last year, and whilst it looks like they’ve died out a little for Spring Summer 2016, there’s still varieties of them that are going strong. For instance, we might not be seeing a whole lot of matching top and short’s sets, but I’ve personally been loving this Paisley Print Co-ord Top and Kimono set which I bought last year and still seems pretty on trend. Hey, I can tell that to myself at least!
You guys know I love a bold pattern and I really enjoy mixing up the co-ord trend with a top and kimono, rather than going overboard with all-tops-and-bottoms-everythannng. As there is SO much going on for my top half, I kept the rest of my outfit simple with a pair of knee-ripped jeans and my trusty Rocket Dog sandals. Comfortable yet kinda chic, I like to think.
For accessories, I took my everyday casual handbag from topshop – I like how the silver of it brings out metallics on the rest of the outfit – and popped on a black choker to bring out the 90’s vibes of the paisley print a little more. For a finishing touch, I popped on my much loved (yet now broken!) Miu Miu’s to complete the look.
