Face of JD Hits Manchester

Hey kittens, hope you’re all having a lovely week so far. Heck, it’s nearly the weekend, right? Thursday is the new Friday! Today’s blog post is actually a little heads up about a fab opportunity I thought y’all Mancunian cats would be interested in. When JD got in touch with me recently to let me know about the new campaign they’ve launched – where you could be involved – I just had to share it.

If you fancy being part of a national advertising campaign, then keep this Saturday free in your diaries. JD are offering you the chance to have your lovely mugs splashed across billboards, posters and magazines, as part of their new Face of JD search. They’re looking to find new talents to star in their 2014 advertising campaign – snazzy, eh?

This Saturday (8th Feb, FYI) JD’s casting crew will be hitting Manchester! JD’s street team will kick off the search for talented individuals that are style conscious, confident and with a strong sense of identity, so make sure you put your best paws forward this weekend. I know I’ll be working the streets like a catwalk, but what’s new?!

So, here’s the technical bits and bobs on how to enter. Just visit their website and add some snaps of yourself, showing off your best model poses – Instagram selfies, anyone? The 20 with the most votes will automatically make it through to their local casting event, with a further 100 from each region specially selected by JD’s judging panel to attend. Invitees will be professionally photographed and filmed by the JD crew and receive a goody bag packed with gifts. Phew, sounds good to me!
