Although it doesn’t ALWAYS feel like it – trust me, I’ve been there and I’m kinda going through the same thing right now after 6+ months being lazy in lockdown – getting fit doesn’t have to be boring or painful. Everyone who wants to get into physical shape often starts off with feeling like it’s going to be too much work. Of course, you want to make sure that you are having fun while you work out, and yes, fun and fitness can go in the same sentence.

Sometimes, you need a switch up from just going to the gym; you want to try a new activity that will work your body and your heart to make sure that you are having fun while you exercise. Fitness doesn’t have to be boring or a pain, and it should be something that you look forward to doing.
