Jumpsuits are having a moment right now – and I’m totally feeling it. There’s something that feels (and looks) so smart about popping on a jumpsuit, even though it’s so easy to just pop on the one item and get up and go. Jumpsuits are totally effortless and this pale blue tailored jumpsuit from Closet London is no exception; even on a curvier girl (speaking from experience!) it helps to cinch you in at the waist, skim over your hips and show just a little bit of skin in all the right places. Paired with nude heels and my new Marc B Angel bag, it’s an easy win for any special occasion.
Closet London are my go-to online shop for jumpsuits. Although most highstreet stores now do their own versions of the garment, it’s really difficult to find one that’s flattering for my shape (no one wants to draw attention to that little tummy poof you have after going out for dinner). I’ve tried and tested some fast fashion alternatives and they just don’t compare to the tailored style of a Closet London number. These babies are so tailored that it’s almost hard for it not to be flattering; they truly look and feel like they are made with love and although each of their jumpsuits are subtly different, I have to confess that I have about 4 now and they all fit me just as well. It’s love.
