Easter Sunday and Spring Snacks

It’s the final day of our Easter celebrations for one year, but that doesn’t mean we can’t indulge in our favourite festive snacks for another few days or so… Today I thought I’d share with you what I’m munching on this Easter Monday, as we enjoy our final bank holiday off work for a few weeks.

As far as Easter Eggs go, Hotel Chocolat create pretty much the most sophisticated of all. Always egg-sellent quality (see what I did there?) Hotel Chocolat create some cracking (again!) eggs for the festive season. This year, the Scrambled Egg gift sets have been my favourite. They come in Milk, Dark, White and Caramel flavours and not only include a decent sized egg, but a packet of nine chocolates to match too. They’re the perfect size for gifting to family and at £15 each they don’t break the bank.

You guys know I love cocktails and I’ve been washing down my chocolate overload with some Funkin Cocktails mixers. If you follow me on Twitter you might see I post about cocktails ever week or so, but you may also recall me making some at home myself with Funkin. These are cartons of mixer that you simply add with your chosen spirit to recreate an easy cocktail (or mocktail, I guess) at home. Their new Spring Summer 2016 flavours include Raspberry Mojito and Elderflower Collis. Perfect for garden parties, when the weather finally perks up!
