End of Summer: Orange Bardot Maxi Dress Outfit

September is here and sadly Summer is well and truly over now in Manchester. Despite the glorious weather we’ve had all summer, now whenever I put my sandals on its pretty much always guaranteed to rain here now, so just before the sun went back behind a rain cloud ready for Autumn, I snapped these photos in one of my go-to summer dresses I wore a lot this season. Although it’s a couple of years old, I still get compliments whenever I wear this Orange Bardot Maxi Dress Outfit and wearing it was the perfect way to say goodbye to the end of Summer.

I get so many compliments on this dress every tie I wear it, and aside from the floral pattern and bardot neckline, I’m convinced its due to the colour. Orange is still quite an unusual clothing colour and really does make a statement. It’s bold, bright and a beautiful way to bid goodbye to the sunnier days of June, July and August.

Paired with black accessories of block sandals and my classic Radley handbag, the rest of this look is simple because Lord know it doesn’t need anymore colour or patterns!
