Event: Crystal Clear Lift Away The Years

With Mother’s Day fast approaching, I thought I’d tell you about a perfect gift for the loved ladies in your life – Crystal Clear’s Lift Away The Years.

Anyway, the other week I was invited to the new product launch of Crystal Clear‘s Lift Away The Years. It was held at Room, on King Street in Manchester – very posh! – and was a mid week evening event. I personally love weekday events as they make my week go so much quicker, and this one was full of glamour and excitement to boot!

The event was a bit of a party, a bit of a press launch and a lot of fun to celebrate Crystal Clear’s new skincare product launch, Lift Away The Years. Lift Away The Years is the revolutionary new skincare sensation from anti-ageing specialists, Crystal Clear. Although not personally having had experience of Crystal Clear before, I was super excited to be invited to learn more about the brand – I know my beauty therapists friends swear by Crystal Clear’s salon treatments and had always wanted to try myself!

The product is essentially a hand-held anti-wrinkle wand – pretty new, huh? Clinically proven to increase skin firmness by an incredible 45% and reduce wrinkles by 27% after just eight weeks treatment, this hand-held magic wand produces results that are visible after the very first application – I can vouch for that! I am always naturally doubtful (cynical, perhaps) of treatments that claim immediate results, but having had the product demonstrate to me by Sharon Hilditch – founder of Crystal clear – I have to admit that despite my doubts, I saw a difference.

So kittens, how does it work? The unique device combines stimulation and intense anti-ageing ingredients on a two-part system that maximises wrinkle-fighting, moisturising and firming performance. Used daily on the face and neck, it stimulates facial muscles to tone and tighten plump lines and wrinkles and enhances the absorption of anti-ageing ingredients.

It was fabulous to not only meet and interview Sharon Hilditch, MBE, MD of Crystal Clear, but to have her personally show me how it works and use the product on me – I felt like a princess! Of the product, she says “people want to see results based on evidence backed skincare formulations and far less hype in a jar. Lift Away The Years has been 2 years in development and is fully supported by scientific results.”

Having tried the product myself at the event – and having been lucky enough to be given a sample to try myself on a daily basis – I can vouch for the fact that it’s pretty simple to use. After cleansing the skin, simply place the applicator onto the neck and working in small circular movements, cover the entire face and neck area dispensing the serumas you go. Use twice daily as part of your skincare regime and watch the results get better and better day-by-day. The product is said to lifts and plump the skin, smoothing lines and wrinkles and improve blood flow and detoxify the skin.

Although I personally don’t have any wrinkles yet, my mum has always instilled in me to moisturise-moisturise-moisturise and I swear by this myself. My mum has wonderful skin herself and I have my fingers crossed that she has passed some of her genes on to me, but I am 100% up for using this wand as part of a prevention technique. Stopping the wrinkles before they even get to me!

Having met Sharon, who has amazing skin herself, I am excited to see if the product has any long-term results on me – she is the perfect face of the brand and I love that this product aims to make salon treatments more accessible. And for £79.99 – which seems pretty steep at first – a lifetime’s supply of home facials come in at pretty good value.
