Lazy Sundays with Lazy Sonny Days

Lazy like Sunday morning… And Lazy Sonny Days! This weekend, as with every other, I feel so grateful to be waking up with this absolute 11/10 super stud muffin my bed. Lazy Sonny Days might not be the most generous or quiet bed partner – think: lying sideways right across the middle of the bed and snoring like a piglet – but he is the most soft and sweet and cute and what more can I ask for really?!

I used to be super strict with Sonny the pug at bedtime. He had such a good routine right from his first night at home when he was 8 weeks old, where he stayed in a crate and slept all the way through the night, moving it to a bed in the kitchen where he slept all the way through the night. Now he definitely still sleeps all the way through the night, but this time in my own bed. Or should I say ‘his’. I’ve totally spoilt him rotten but do you know what? He deserves it. And I couldn’t think of a better boy to share my bed with.
