Nautical Stripe Midi Dress

Hello, sunshine! Spring is well and truly here and so on one of the sunniest days so far this year, I’ve taken the chance to get my legs out and enjoy the weather in my new Nautical Stripe Midi Dress. You guys know that I love cruising and so when I spotted this cruise-inspired dress on Closet London I just new it had to be mine!

Closet London create such high quality items that their clothes are always a pleasure to wear. It can be easy to tag all online stores with the same perception but Closet London always stands out to be as providing luxury, and this dress is no exception. The tie up detail in the flared sleeves, the thick material, the shapely silhouette. It is is lovely and a dress I think is a pretty flattering alternative to a swing dress for we curvier ladies.

As this dress does all the talking, I kept the rest of the look nice and simple with only a set of stacking bracelets to accessories. These gold, rhodium and rose mesh bracelets are all by Buckley London and can be purchased separately or as a set. They’re size and understated styles makes them perfect for wearing one for work, then stacking on some more for night time. I think they are perfectly subtle yet glamorous enough to compliment this look.

To finish – I popped on a pair of nude court heels. Nothing too fancy, just something simple enough to lengthen the look of my legs and compliment the statement dress. Simples.
