Hey kittens, Happy Friday! Hope you all are getting ready for a lovely weekend, I have a couple of cool things lined up for the next few days, and I’m looking forward to seeing Miranda Hart on tour tomorrow with my best friend. I just think she’s hilarious! Pretty sure its proper girl humour as well, as men don’t seem to get the jokes (which makes it funnier!)
Today’s outfit is a little risk-ay for me, as it involves quite a lot of PVC! This amazing midi skirt isn’t quite my usual style, but hey, life is about trying new things and I’m glad I did. This cropped shirt, however, is totally my style even though I could never see myself wearing a crop top! I feel like it’s just a flattering length and after wearing it at London Fashion Week I received so many compliments on the print of it that I couldn’t wait to wear it again! Both of these pieces are from one of my favourite Manchester online shops, Lasula, who I’ve been proud to support from the start.
Finally, my jewellery is also worth a mention. My small, yellow/green crystal bracelet is from Tresor Paris, who recently opened a store in the Trafford Centre, and is a sweet little friendship style rope, sold in order to raise funds towards the Marie Curie Cancer Care charity. My larger heart bracelet with the black leather strap also has a lovely story behind it – I was nominated by Rosy of Rostinted to be part of Debenham’s blogger chain. Each blogger selected as part of the friendship chain had the chance to choose a bracelet each for two of their blogger friends as part of their Random Acts of Kindness campaign, so this bracelet was chosen especially for me. I love it! Don’t you think Rosy knows me so well?!
