Anyone that knows me even a little bit will know my absolute love and adoration for anything animal print, specifically those of the big cats! Although leopard print will be my one true love 4eva, tiger print comes a close second and I am often willing to have a little love affair for the sake of fashion!
Within this outfit, I cheated on my lover, leopard, in a big way. This bodycon dress from Boohoo.com, which I bought in the sale, covered me in tiger print from neck to, er, well, not quite toe! Neck to mid-thigh!
Although this dress is long-sleeved and high-necked, I was still not 100% confident wearing this. I am almost certain that this is the only bodycon dress that I own and I was especially concious of the length – had it been a midi dress, I would have felt better about revealing my sillouhette. Although my friends (and any other fun-loving 21 year olds) wear dresses this shape and length regularly, its realy not in my comfort zone or style. Therefore, if I were to wear this again I would probably wear it with opaque black tights in order to maintain my modest style further. I’m such a granny!
I must also note that the clutch bag continues the tiger theme in a way that is just GRRRRRRRreat! The studs are also purrrfectly on trend in a way that is set to continue into 2013.
