Monochrome and Baby Pink

What’s one way to redeem yourself from wearing black in summer? Pairing it with baby pink of course! You guys know I am a lover of monochrome but in July it doesn’t seem quite right to go with all black everrrything, so instead I like to pair my usual outfits with a pop of colour. I love this longline oversized stripe shirt paired with some faux leather leggings  – which I KNOW will see me through until Winter – but for sunnier days adding a little girly splash of pink is a sure way to lighten the look a little.

If you’re wondering where my Zara dupe dip hem blouse is from, it’s from affordable fashion wholesalers Stylewise Direct. I recently discovered them and they are a haven of cool fast fashion items at affordable prices. The quality of this shirt is excellent and is very comparable to one I bought from a famous instore fashion shop a few months ago *cough* Topshop. To accompany the shirt, I added some designer shades, these are a pair of Ralph Lauren Sunglasses from Sunglasses Shop and completely add to the fierceness.

So, I bet you’re dying to know where my baby pink handbag is from! It’s actually another lovely edition to my accessories collection from Marc B Bags. Part of their new collection, this is the Kandi Sorbet bag in pink, and I think ‘sorbet’ is such a lovely way to describe it. It makes me feel sweet and cool every time I use it, after all!
