Sage Green Two Piece Lounge Suit

You guys know I love a trouser suit. As a career women, they make getting dressed for meetings super easy and they are great at taking a look from office to after work drinks in just a change of shoes and slick of lipstick! For summer, however, my usual tweed and tartan suits have been replaced with this sage green trouser suit from Quiz. Originally, I envisaged this looking a little more formal than it actually does (the lightweight material definitely helps it lean more on the casual side of ‘smart-casual’) but that being said, paired with my favourite white GOLA Classics, it makes for a great sage green lounge suit for summer!

I have worn this sage green suit a couple of times with just a plain white t-shirt – which makes it look even more casual – but today I kinda like how it looks with this paisley print shirt. I like the pastel colours together and the pattern of the shirt definitely helps to add a little more texture to the look. What do you think? Would you rock a sage green suit?
