The World’s Best Nail Polish Top Coat: Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat

If you ever wondered what the world’s best nail polish top coat is, I have it right here; Seche Vite. Not an official title, mind you, but one that Seche Vite has earned through it’s excellent reputation to dry fast, last long and wear well. Hailed all over the world as the Holy Grail of top coats for many nail polish lovers, Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat nail polish is one that I have used for many years. And, even though I am lucky enough to experiment with many different brands and finishes, is one that I always go back to.

I first started using Seche Vite when I was first properly getting into beauty, probably around 8 years ago now. Damn, that makes me feel old! It was when I started to move past just buying drugstore brands from Boots and starting to research products that were less well known on the high street, and harder to source. At that time, internet shopping was still fairly new to me and I remember using it to buy Seche Vite after reading rave reviews about it from beauty lovers all over the world. None of my friends had ever heard of it, but I trusted the strangers on the internet and they did not disappoint.

I remember my first bottle of Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat costing around £15 – £19 (perhaps due to shipping fees or random online stockists), which at the time was a high investment for me in the nail polish department. Over time, I found Seche Vite creeping more and more into the mainstream and now I am happy to see it’s even stocked in my favourite high street drugstores, including Boots, meaning it’s come full circle. At £9.95, I would now rate this as an affordable top coat, but one that I would happily pay more for. It takes a while to get used to using; it’s a thick formula and you only need a top coat, but it dries within around a minute and lasts for around ten days. It’s patented formula allows it to penetrate through the nail lacquer to the base coat forming a single solid coating over the nail plate, giving it durability and shine on every application. For me, Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat is truly the world’s best nail polish top coat.
