Urban Decay are one brand we all know and love for their infamously named makeup range… Naked! The Naked collection now encompasses foundations and concealers, but ultimately is best known for it’s impact on the nude eyeshadow industry. Containing all neutral coloured shadows, the Naked Palettes have come in 3 full size versions and 2 smaller Basics versions. That is until now! Say hello to the Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basics Eyeshadow Palette.
It might sound like the Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basics Eyeshadow Palette contains all the best from the previous Naked eyeshadow palettes but it actually contains 12 new shades (although truth be told, a lot of the shades look pretty similar to ones I already have). This palette contains 12 shades, all of which are matte, so if you’ve not yet indulged in the Urban Decay Naked Collection and are looking for one go-to palette for your every day makeup look this one is for you. It costs £38.50 and rose gold packaging is sure to look super cute on your dressing table.
So, if you’re an Urban Decay newbie I totally recommend. What about the other beauty enthusiasts, who like me, are already loyal to the Naked collection and own the first few editions of the palettes? Honestly, I wouldn’t bother with this one. It’s great if you don’t yet have many other nude shades but personally I prefer my Naked 1 palette to this, both in variety of colour and sleeker, more travel-friendly packaging.
