White Blazer and Black Jeans Outfit

Having started a new job recently, I’m having a change of work wardrobe. In my old job, which was a very casual environment, I found myself stuck in a rut of wearing jeans and a top and flat shoes and not really caring what I looked like. Sure, I’d never wear trainers and a hoodie to work, but now I have more reason to dress up and I feel myself getting smarter which I love! Part of my said wardrobe update is an influx of blazers, including this white blazer and black jeans outfit.

I purchased this white blazer from River Island for £70 a few weeks ago – annoyingly it is now in the sale for half price at £35. Fuming is not the word! However, it is beautiful and despite my regret at the timing of my purchase, I am glad I managed to get my hands on it whilst I could. I like wearing it with all black for a monochrome look, but equally it’s a handy colour for popping over colours of floral dresses as white pretty much goes with everything. It’s a super durable piece of clothing and I’m glad to have it in my wardrobe, even if I could have saved myself half the money!
